TrueFrame Market · v1
A rights market for AI-generated film. Every listing carries a timecoded clearance schedule and an availability matrix — so a buyer reads the entire rights position of a feature in four seconds, instead of paying a legal department to reconstruct it over three weeks.
The unit of trade
licence = work × territory × term × media × exclusivity
The same work sells twenty times to twenty counterparties. A Buy button is the wrong primitive; an offer and a negotiation are the right ones.
01
ISO 3166 countries plus defined groupings — EU, LATAM, DACH, Worldwide.
02
1–7 years or perpetual. Theatrical, TV linear, SVOD, AVOD/FAST, airline, advertising, corporate, educational, festival.
03
The system refuses to create an offer overlapping an executed exclusive. A market that lets a seller sell Germany twice is worse than no market.
The part nobody else has
This is precisely the document a distributor's legal department builds by hand, over three weeks, per title. We generate it — timecoded, signed, and verifiable by the buyer without asking us for anything.
The outstanding line is the one that closes deals: it tells a buyer, before they spend a euro on legal review, exactly what acquiring this film will additionally require.
The correction that matters
We do not certify that a work is empty of other people's material. We certify that everything in it is accounted for.
The best films have epic music. A recognisable performer under a signed release is an asset, not a flaw. A trade mark in frame may be intentional and licensed. So a finding is not a verdict — it resolves to a rights status, and this market's job is to price the consequences, not to demand their removal.
We do not restrict creativity. We regulate the market.
The one boundary that does not move: encumbrance is negotiable, illegality is not. Non-consensual sexual depiction, illegal content, and any sexualised depiction of a minor are refused with no appeal. A third-party right can be bought; an offence cannot.
For sellers
Every listing produces a professional, public, verifiable sales page with a permanent URL. Send it to the distributor you already know, the brand that approached you, the festival programmer who asked. It carries the signed rights sheet, the screener and the deal terms — and it is better than the PDF-and-Vimeo-link you are using today.
It costs nothing extra. Listing is free; the certificate is the toll.
How a deal runs
An identified buyer asks, and may request screener access.
Watermarked per viewer, logged per view. You see who watched, for how long, how many times.
Offers and counter-offers, every one logged and immutable. A negotiation that becomes a dispute is worth nothing if the record can be edited.
An exclusivity lock is written automatically — no human step, no chance to forget. The buyer receives the rights pack.
v1 does not hold client funds: the licence is contracted and paid directly between the parties. Commission 20–25% on execution, invoiced to the seller.
Admission
Enforced in the database, not in application code. A revoked certificate suspends its listing immediately. The first uncertified listing admitted just this once, it's a big title would destroy both businesses in the same afternoon.
