Create a listing

Listing is free — the certificate is the toll. Everything starts from the check-in of your TrueFrame certificate: no active L2+, no listing. That rule lives in the database, not in this page.

What are you offering?

A licence is work × territory × term × media × exclusivity. Add combinations; leave any dimension to negotiation with “price on request”.

Warranty of authority

Separate from, and additional to, your certification declaration. The certificate says what is inside the work; it does not say who owns it. Misrepresenting authority is a market offence: listing privileges suspended, certificate untouched.

I warrant that I hold, and am entitled to grant, the rights offered in this listing for each territory, term, medium and exclusivity stated; that no prior grant conflicts with them; and that the clearance schedule attached to certificate accurately reflects the rights position of the work as known to me.

I understand that TrueFrame does not hold client funds, does not act as my agent, and does not warrant my authority to any buyer.

Signed electronically as my account (), timestamped, and hashed server-side. The hash lives on the listing record and cannot be altered afterwards.

Your listing exists — with a database-enforced spine.

Now send it to the buyers you already know. Every time you use your own listing with your own contacts, you are advertising this market to a buyer nobody had to find.

Now automatic, by trigger Offers overlapping an executed exclusive are refused at insert. If your certificate is ever suspended or revoked, this listing suspends itself in the same transaction — not in a nightly job.
